So something I've been doing a lot recently would be turning boxes that I specifically enjoyed the food of or really adore the design of into little journals! Most of these have been a test run though, I'm still getting better at it.
The box that I started out using is a limited edition chocolate Pocky (a Japanese sweet snack).
The box was put into two parts and so there was a lot of binding that needed to happen in order for it to stay together, but I didn't mind it so much. I kind of like the look it has! I also have to keep in mind that I tend to either make a latch to close the journals or I use Velcro because it's the most convenient.
