Spending short days

Today we had a 12:30pm day again and a nice way to end off the week of absolute tiresome extracurricular and band related activities would be crashing at Reis's house with Bianca!

Walking down memory lane

So long, long ago, back in 2009, my family had gone and visited Boracay in the Philippines and my mom had bought me this wonderful little sun dress! 

It's the cutest thing ever and so I paired it with some handmade hairbows, my usual getup (including my pendant that I had make myself) and my sweet little scrunchie that had been given to me by sweetheart Rino!

Also paired with these sweet shoes don't you think?

Liza's crocheted hair bow

Liza had been making a whole lot of these crocheted bows as a fundraiser for one of our close friends. She's such a sweetheart and I believe they turned out wonderfully. 

The bows are very well made and put together, although the hair tie and get a little flimsy and perhaps an alligator clip would've been better than a hair tie...but nonetheless it's very nice and very nicely crafted.

She had originally found another pattern but it was pretty flat so she had asked me about whether or not she should keep it in that flat look or make this kind of bow and I told her that the 3D look was probably better in attracting customers.

It looks lovely don't you agree? 

Sticker Party with Joy

A nice little tendency that I have is that I'm addicted to cutesy things such as stationary and stickers and washi tapes and paper and all sorts of things in that realm!

So what happened long, long ago was that Joy and I had this little sticker party where we kind of decorated everything. She wrote letters for Ishida and I just kind of designed a little goofy thing with stickers that she didn't have any idea of what she'd do with.

I'll eventually show more stickers...I predict this is going to be too common!

The dumb times of needle felting...OOPS

So we all have out moments where we make a couple mistakes, some more than others.

 And I'll leave it to your own interpretation about these.

Geometry Project #2

Forever ago when bye bye birdie was around (the musical not an actual bird), my math teacher assigned another project. Although I was allowed to turn in my poster on Friday, I decided that was too much of a hassle. So what'd I go and do? Finish it because why not I mean I'll get more sleep.

So if we hadn't realized, I absolutely love doing what I see as the "fish scale" design. If I ever get to design my own fabric for dresses, I'm definitely going to use it. (ehehehe)

So the requirements were to have a title, make it pretty (which most didn't), include the name of the figure and the SA and the Volume. 

As you can see I overdid it.

By a whole lot. Ooops.

Sweet and Flowery

Way back when I still had the time and energy to hang around with some of my wonderful friends such as Priscilla, I would go out and get food and sweets as the seen above along with dressing up for little things here and there! 

So why not have some pictures of me and my attempt of throwing some clothes together!

So it was Papa Kat's birthday on the 8th. 

Hence, the meeting up/going to Paris Baguette once again.

Spam Musubi Party at Kevin's house!

So for our spam musubi sales, we've been making them. Although, this is the last year of us selling them at school in general.

We wait for rice to cook and then continue putting the rice together with the spam with our special sauce and then we add the nori and then packaging!

And Lily was so kind to cook us some fried rice! 

We're such a loving little club...

Tony's Birthday

I don't remember if I ever made a post about Tony's birthday but...

It's a whole new level of silly, sad, and awkward. Talk about a poor bunch of friends. Sorry Tony! It was the thought that counted. We love you <3

Priscilla's birthday

Okay okay... This is the 3rd post about Priscilla's birthday but that's because all of us had a little portion a part of it all. Tony managed to get Priscilla to agree to let her locker be decorated on the inside for her birthday. Which explains Omar posing with our huge mess.

Sort of a decoration (excluding the massive amount of balloons that we all ended up popping in the end), Tony provided needles so they could all just pop the balloons at the end of the day.

But then there were the kids.

Now we all love Priscilla, but with most of them being goofy Robotics kids, well shoot. Things are definitely going to get weirder and sillier because these kids are always on their natural high.

And then there's me because I wanted her to see something that was sort of nice (but not really).

Aka express my obsession with what is pokemon and with what is an eevee

 

Daniel also made this for Priscilla. This is the back though... it's made out of perler beads! :)
