So my mom asked me if I could cook some Japanese food for dinner...so I had to oblige and say yes even though I'm not all that great of a cook anyway.
The good ol' spam, spam musubi, tonkatsu, tamagoyaki, and some homemade tonkatsu sauce!
I honestly think the easiest part was making the tamagoyaki because even making panko was hard and that's saying a lot about me.
Thankfully I didn't give anyone food poisoning though.
