Hey guys! So in case you guys haven't been told yet, we're finally celebrating Christmas as a family this year. We had bought a Christmas tree (of reasonable price, size, and much, much more) and we had decorated our entire house. This entire post is more so about the journey of everything with TONS of pictures to show off too.
First off, the day started at Home Depot when we were running around trying to get a tree.
Afterwards, we had found ourselves first at Trader Joes, then back at Home Depot, and then finally at the 99 Cents store so that we could get some decorations.
And honestly, the amount of money that gets spent for holidays is heart aching. It's overwhelming and I don't know if I'd be able to deal with that anymore....sometimes holidays really aren't worth it...y'know?
But here are just some shots of everything that we had gotten to decorate the house for the first time!
Pogi had gotten really confused about this one glittery deer that we had bought to put on our piano (there's 2 don't worry! it's reasonable I swear) and at one point...I think he tried to eat it.
We had also bought ornaments and here are just some of my favorite colors out of the ones that had appeared so far~!
But here are just some of the final pictures of the house being all decorated for the first time...ever!
At some point, Pogi kept getting really confused and got really concerned as to why everything suddenly started smelling differently....but he was rather cute when he hid underneath the table here and there.
And here are just some shots of all the food we had bought from Trader Joe's!
